Welcome to SCACR

The SCACR brings together MSc and Ph.D. students, field and lab experimentalists, theoreticians and modelers in the field of coastal and port engineering. The aim of the SCACR events is to provide all participants with information on the latest developments from both scientific and engineering perspectives in coastal, port and offshore engineering and to exchange views with users and stake holders of the coastal zone.

In addition to the lectures from well recognized experts a number of technical papers is presented during the specialist sessions.

SCACR is addressed to people who want to present their papers and to attend the short course lectures dealing with some of the “hot” topics in present coastal and port design research.

All accepted and presented papers are published in the SCACR Proceedings sponsored by IAHR.
